Important Information About Live TV Show Taping Reservations

• All tickets are offered to you at No Charge to You! Compliments of the show and TVTix.com.

• Your Tickets will be generated on your computer screen for immediate printing by you.

• You will need your printed tickets in order to be admitted into any studio.

• Tickets issued may be in excess of studio capacity, and therefore do not guarantee admission.

• Show tapings can run as long as 3-4 hours. (Talk Shows are typically shorter.)

• All tapings are in Los Angeles, California, unless otherwise noted.

• Age minimums are enforced. Always bring a Photo ID with a birth date to the studio.

• Do not overbook. Your ENTIRE party must be present, or your party may not be admitted.

• Guests arriving late may not be admitted. It is best to arrive EARLY.

• All shows are subject to change and/or cancellation.

• Phone numbers, email addresses, etc. are used only to contact you and are NEVER shared,
sold or traded, unless required by law.

• A map to the studio will be provided with your tickets.

• Audience Associates, Inc, TVTix.com and the individual Show or Studio, reserve the right to cancel any individual reservation
or ticket at any time, for any reason with no assumed or actual liabilities.

How the TVTix Online Reservation System Works:

•You Must Be 18 Years of Age to Order Tickets through this site.•
•If you are under Age 18, You Must Be Accompanied by an Adult to the Studio or Event Location.•

1. First, select a show from the Show Schedule Page: TVTix Schedule
2. Click on a Show Name, and that will take you to that show's information page.
3. Once you're on the show's page, select the date you would like to attend (upper right area of the page).

4. Then click the "Order Tickets" button in the upper right portion of the Show Page.
• If you don't see the date you want, that most likely means that the show you've selected is not taping on that date.

5. Fill out the requested information... Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Youngest Age, etc.
• If you are going to be visiting Los Angeles, use a cell phone number so that we can contact you if we need to.

6. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click the "Continue" button to submit your request.
7. You should then see "Your Request Has Been Submitted" on your screen.

8. Our system will then generate an email to you, usually within an hour or so. Look for our email.
• The email will contain a link back to TVTix where you can confirm and print your tickets.
• Depending on your Internet Service (AOL, Yahoo, MSN, Earthlink etc.), check your Bulk or Spam folder for our email.
• If you do not receive our email, go to: TVTix.com/help
• You will see "Find Your Reservation" on your screen. Enter your email address into the box and click, "Go".
• This will locate your reservations and you can confirm and print your tickets!
• If you don't confirm and print your tickets, your reservations may be deleted from our system.
• If you do not show up and fail to cancel your reservations, you may be prohibited from using TVTix in the future.

9. Once you've printed your tickets, all you need to do is to call the Confirmation Line the night before the show.
• Instructions on where to call and what to say when you call will be printed on your ticket(s).
• If you make reservations for "Day-Of-Show" tickets, call the Confirmation Line once you've printed your tickets.

"Wish List" and/or "Standby" Requests:
• If you see a message on your screen that says you have placed a "Wish List" request or you are on "Standby",
that means that seating is not currently available for the show that you selected. If seating opens up, we will call and/or email you.
• If you place a Wish List Request, PLEASE include a CELL PHONE or MOBILE NUMBER at which you can be reached. We may need to reach you close to your requested show time to get you your tickets. This is very important. Thanks!

DISCLAIMERS:
Audience Associates Inc. and TVTix.com reserve the right to cancel any tickets, reservations, requests, orders, agreements or any other actual, implied or not implied situations, conditions or oral or written situations of any individual or group at any time for any reason. A Reservation, Printed Ticket and/or Agreement, whether oral or in writing, shall not be binding upon either party hereto unless and until it has been executed by a duly authorized representative of your organization and by a representative on behalf of Audience Associates, Inc./TVTix.com. Your Reservation(s) or Printed Ticket(s) may be canceled by Audience Associates, Inc/TVTix.com or studio or show or any company, organization or any other direct or indirect affiliated person or persons at any time prior to the date and hour upon which taping or filming is scheduled to occur, or actually takes place. Television Taping Tickets and/or Reservations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. This Disclaimer supercedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Disclaimer can only be modified by a writing signed by the party to be charged. Upon any dispute arising under, or relating to the terms of Television Taping Tickets and/or Reservations, or any other service of any nature offered,or the breach thereof, it is agreed that the matter shall be submitted solely and exclusively for arbitration to the American Arbitration Association, in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the then prevailing rules of the Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal, and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereto. The parties specifically waive their rights to pursue any claims that one may have against the other in state or federal courts, or in any other tribunal other than through the American Arbitration Association. It is the essence of this Disclaimer that in the event that you or your organization claim Audience Associates, Inc./TVTix.com is in breach of this your sole and exclusive remedy will be an action for money damages not to exceed $1.00 per person multiplied by the total number of persons Except as provided in the immediately preceding sentence, you and your organization specifically waive any claims for equitable relief, or any other damages to or with any company, subsidiary, individual or individuals associated or part of Audience Associates Inc., TVTix.com, BeInAMovie.com or any present or future affiliations of above presences.

By obtaining tickets through Audience Associates, Inc/TVTix.com, you consent to be photographed by means of video and/or film recording and you grant the producer of the footage, its successors, assigns, carrier stations, network station(s), sponsor(s) of the program and advertising agents (as well as their affiliated and related entities) the right to record and use your name, voice, and likeness worldwide in perpetuity for any purpose whatsoever. In addition you release the above parties from any and all liability for loss or damage to person or property while at or around the premises, studio, soundstage and/or event space and you agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the show's producers and/or the studio. As ticket distribution may be in excess of studio capacity, admission is not guaranteed.
